Military Defense Thermal Systems

Without right thermal management system, the heat buildup can degrade performance, reduce lifespan, or even cause failure. To ensure consistent performance, radar equipment must adopt effective cooling system that dissipate heat and maintain safe operating temperatures. Advanced thermal management solutions, such as liquid cooling systems, are commonly used to keep radar systems cool,

How to Customize Liquid Cooling Solutions?

Before Customize Liquid Cold Plate , please give us the layout, power density, and performance requirements of your application, our team will provides technical supports about designing and testing to production etc. After you agree our propols, Please leave it to us to design, prototype, and verify your liquid cold plates.

First Considerations is Heat Sources & Coolant:

Power density & uniformity of the heat source

Coolant flow rate, inlet pressure, and allowable pressure drop

Next Considerations is Required Parameters:

Compatibility Parameters: corrosion resistance, electrical isolation, temperature ranges, and connection standards

Then Considerations is Manufacturing & Welding methods:

Manufacturing methods: CNC machining, Injection Moulding , Stamping , Cold Forging, Die Casting

Welding methods: FSW, TLP or VB brazing

Last Considerations is Surface Finish & Treatment:

Surface Finish & Treatment: Anodizing, Ni(Nickel) plating, or special coatings
